Matija is a PhD Candidate at Utrecht University’s RENFORCE (Utrecht Centre for Regulation and Enforcement in Europe) and UCWOSL (Utrecht Center for Water, Oceans and Sustainability Law). Research interests are driven by the reciprocity between legal developments in EU waste management and biotechnological developments for the circular economy.
