Elena Koukouna consults the Food & Feed sector on achieving business competitiveness through measuring and reducing their environmental footprint. She has been a consultant at Blonk Consultants since 2015. Elena’s work mainly involves the quantification of the environmental impact through established calculating methodologies and the development of customized tools for specific industries to track and trace their impact. To be able to serve her clients, Elena holds a BSc. in industrial engineering, an MSc. in Industrial Ecology and is very competent in analysing data. She has a keen interest in problem solving taking a holistic approach and collaborating with interdisciplinary groups.
